Last day of training and Victoria Falls!! (and another candle lit dinner!)

Victoria Falls By Eva Roberts After being woken up by the sound of the church bells we had breakfast and headed out to coach for the final time.  When we arrived, all the amazing kids were raring and ready to go, all trying their hardest to be picked for the final tournament.  The kids were so cute and even though being exhausted I loved every second of it. After saying goodbye to the kids, we then headed back to the hotel and ate some lovely cheese rolls (my fave).  We then set off to Victoria Falls and on our way saw a family of elephants.  When we arrived we were greeted by some cheeky baboons trying to steal our stuff.  We then looked around the little markets and of course I bought a lot of things I do not need!  We then made our way down to Victoria Falls through the most beautiful rainforest over all the rocks (Mum would not have enjoyed it!!).  We then saw the bottom of the waterfall and even paddled in th...

Day 2

Good Evening Everybody.  Apologies wifi is so slow that I have been unable to upload photos as it was taking ages! We will employ new technology from tomorrow - a message attached to a pigeon's leg!! Chris This Is War By Amber Bennett There are approximately too many spiders in my room and i am afraid to shower.  I have however, conquered both the bathroom sink and toilet, so i count that as a success.  At least my mosquito net is fully functional, so I'm pretty confident i'm safe from the enemy during the night.  Here's hoping i survive the nights and spiders all around the world suddenly keel over and die.

Eco Bricks, Safari and meet Jack, the eight week old rhino!

The Community project involved collecting plastic litter from streets around the Rugby Club - the photo showing the mound of litter is what we collected in an hour and a half! This was then stuffed in to discarded bottles to make eco-bricks used in local construction projects. C Is That A Magpie? By Matt Long Good evening ladies and gents, thankfully the sun rose once more that blessed us with bundles of joy and jubilance.  After a wonderfully warm shower, I guzzled down some golden corn flakes which nicely set us up for the morning of plastic accumulating.  We joined Solomans' army as we paraded proudly around the streets of Livingstone, taking every opportunity to annihilate plastic waste.  After a 90 minute circuit of the city we arrived at the Rugby club and we began eco-bricking, morning done!
